It is organized through the EU-METAHEART COST action, connecting scientists across Europe with similar research interests in how metabolic alterations contribute to the pathophysiology of heart failure.

We will engage a session where we will briefly describe the four review articles recently published in Nature Reviews Cardiology that align with the four working groups of the COST Action:

WG2: Vascular dysfunction in the failing heart
WG3: Immunometabolism in heart failure
WG4: Mechano-energetic uncoupling in heart failure
