WG4 news update was combined with the presentation of WG5 “Dissemination and communication” by Inês Falcão-Pires (Porto, Portugal). Two invited scientific talks were presented by:

  • Luc Bertrand (Brussels, Belgium): Cardiac signalling and metabolism in diabetes, pathological hypertrophy and heart failure.
  • Jan Dudek (Würzburg, Germany): Activation of the integrated stress response rewires cardiac metabolism in Barth syndrome.
